I recently received an email from a woman who was filled with doubt and fear. She had discovered the existence of an emotional affair which occurred between her husband and a coworker (who she had considered somewhat of a friend.) The husband immediately apologized, told the wife he would end everything, and later swore that nothing physical ever happened.
